After struggling to find high-end curated decor rentals in Vancouver and the surrounding areas, we decided to solve the problem. We know not everyone has the space or resources to own all essentials (and nice to haves) for entertaining.

As such, The Setting Co. aims to be the first choice for sophisticated entertainers, party planners, brides, and all hosts in the Vancouver and surrounding areas for high quality decor to elevate your setting.

We also know that sometimes it’s a last minute decision of when you realize you are missing a hosting essential. To accommodate the last minute scramble, we have real time order and utilize uber courier to get the product to your house before your party starts.

Our head office is located in Kitsilano and our warehouse is in Richmond, BC.

Things to know

TO ORDER - please send an email to thesettingco.vancouver@gmail.com with the items you are interested in, the date(s) you are interested in and the address of delivery. Please also specify your preference for delivery/pickup.
PICK-UP and DELIVERY- options for receiving your product depend on your preference and the timeline of your order. The options are delivery by one of our team members, uber courier, or pick up by you or one of your fellow party planners.
TO PAY - once you confirm your order and sign the invoice, 50% of the payment is due. The remaining 50% is due by 9:00am on the day of delivery.
